Refund Policy
Records on Records accepts return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product photos, descriptions, pricing, condition notes, preorder status, and shipping details before purchasing.
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved issue caused by Records on Records, such as the wrong item being sent.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at recordsonrecords.shop@gmail.com.
To help us review the issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Records on Records is not responsible for damage caused during transit once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to help resolve eligible issues.
If a return or refund is approved due to an error on our end, the 10% restocking fee may be waived.
Presales and Preorders
Presale and preorder items are eligible for return under the same return policy once delivered.
Estimated ship dates are subject to change due to distributor, manufacturer, or release schedule delays. By purchasing a presale or preorder item, you acknowledge that the item may ship at a later date.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee and any applicable deductions. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved order issue caused by Records on Records.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
