Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened and unplayed, in original factory condition, with all original packaging, sleeve, and inserts included.

How to start a return
Email recordsonrecords.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Do not ship anything back before receiving written confirmation from us.

Restocking fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, deducted from your refund.

Transaction fees
Payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Restocking fee does not apply to these cases.

Final sale
Items marked Sale and preorders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the listing.
