Preorder Policy

Some items sold by Records on Records are preorder items. A preorder item is an item that is available for purchase before it is physically in hand and ready to ship.

Preorder items will ship on or around the estimated shipping date listed in the product description. Estimated ship dates are based on information available from the supplier, label, distributor, or manufacturer at the time the listing is created. These dates may change due to production delays, distributor delays, shipping delays, allocation changes, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item. If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the order may ship together once the preorder item is available unless separate orders are placed.

Customer-requested cancellations of preorder items are subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee, and original transaction/payment processing fees are non-refundable.

If a preorder item is delayed, Records on Records will make reasonable efforts to update the customer. If we are unable to fulfill the preorder, the customer will receive a refund for the unfulfilled item.
