Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is approved before the order has been fulfilled, shipped, or prepared for shipment.
All approved customer-requested cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original transaction fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Once an order has been shipped, a shipping label has been purchased, or the item has entered the fulfillment process, the order can no longer be cancelled. At that point, the order will be handled under our Refund Policy.
For preorder items, customer-requested cancellations are also subject to this policy. If Records on Records is unable to fulfill an order due to supplier cancellation, inventory allocation issues, or another issue on our end, the customer will receive a refund for the unfulfilled item.
